I just made this up yesterday getting some ideas online...
1 onion diced
1 T butter
3 large potatoes cubed
2 celery sticks diced
2 carrots diced
1 can coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk
2% milk
salt
chicken bullion
(what ever seasonings you like)
Saute diced onions in butter until done. Add cubed potatoes, carrots, celery and coconut milk. Let boil until tender. Add evaporated milk. Then add salt and seasonings and shrimp. Let simmer until ready to eat! If it is too thick you can add regular milk. So easy and so delicious!!
