Crush up a box of your favorite cookies ( I have tried Oreos and Grasshoppers)
Mix with a cube of cream cheese. Save some of the cookie crumbs if you would like to top it with them.
Freeze mixture for 30 minutes
Melt your favorite chocolate (almond bark, dark chocolate, semi-sweet baking chocolate...)
Remove and roll into 1 inch balls.
Dip in chocolate and place on cookie sheet.
Try not to eat the whole pan before your hubby comes home from work. ;)
