Baked Artichoke Spinach Dip

1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. dairy sour cream
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
dash of white pepper

Combine all the above ingredients. Then stir in:

1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped
1 C. loosely packed, coarsely chopped spinach leaves

Spread in a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
