Mom’s pizza dough

 1 1/4 c warm water

1 T dry yeast

2 T oil

1 tsp salt 

3 1/2 to 4 c flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in oil and salt, add flour. Knead vigorously until smooth (10 mins). Brush with oil and let rise until doubled in size. About 2 hours. Punch down. Roll thinly and fit with cookie sheets. Brush with oil and spread on tomato sauce. Makes enough for 2 cookie sheets
