roasted pumpkin seeds

separate pumpkin seeds from guts and rinse very well. boil in salted water for ten minutes. drain well in colander. mix 1 tsp salt with 1 Tbls worcestershire sauce and mix into seeds. place evenly on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour in 300 degree oven. stir every 15 minutes. seeds should be crunchy and light brown.
