2 C white sugar
2 C flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C oil
1 1/2 C nuts
4 eggs
3 C grated carrots
Mix together and bake in 9x13 pan 45 mins at 350 degrees.
Cream cheese icing
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg powdered sugar
1/4 C butter
2 tsp vanilla
Mix and frost
