Lemon Broiled Salmon Steaks

2 salmon steaks, 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat broiler for 10 minutes. Mix butter, lemon juice, paprika, marjoram, and pepper. Lay salmon steaks on foil lined pan. Brush with butter mixture, broil 2 inches from heat for 8 minutes. Turn, brush with more butter sauce, broil 5 to 7 more minutes or until salmon flakes easily but is still moist. Serve with lemon wedges and mustard sauce.

Mustard Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
