1 cube butter
3/4 C flour
4 cubes bouillon
5 C. water (one can evaporated milk substitute for 1 C water-makes it creamier)
2 pkgs chopped broccoli
15 oz. can cheese whiz
melt butter in pan (can add onions for flavor). add flour and mix well. add water and bouillon (disolved). stir well. add cheese whiz. stir until all lumps are out. add broccoli. keep warm until served.
