2-61/2 oz cans minced clams
1 c finely diced celery
3/4 c butter or marg
1 1/2 t salt
1 c onion-chopped fine
2 c cubed potatoes
3/4 c flour
pepper to taste
1 c evaporated milk-add water to make a quart
Pour juices from clams over the vegatables in med. saucepan.
