periodically with a fork until soft. let cool. when done take out and cut up 2-3 square inch pieces. peel off pumpkin skin. blend small amounts in blender and place in a large bowl. refrigerate. take out amounts that you need for recipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PIE: (cook for 10 minutes in a 450 degree oven)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cups of cooked pumpkin&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup brown or white sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp ginger (or allspice)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp nutmeg (or allspice)&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;combine all above ingredients. mix well. add in below ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 slightly beaten eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1 6 oz can evaporated milk (omit if pumkin is runny/soft)&lt;br /&gt;1 9 inch pastry shell, uncooked&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pull oven rack out. place small cookie sheet with a small amount of water in it on rack with pie shell in it. pour pumpkin mixture into pie shell. bake for 10 minutes buttered&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions; set aside. In a large saucepan melt butter. Add flour mixed with salt and pepper, using a whisk to stir until well blended. Pour milk and cream in gradually; stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point and boil 2 minutes (stirring constantly). Reduce heat and cook (stirring constantly) 10 minutes. Place on greased cookie sheets, cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake in 400 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes. Rub top of hot rolls with butter. Eat right away. Makes 32 rolls. Add 1/4 cup ice water, pulse 3 to 4 times or until just combined, adding additional water 1 teaspoon at a time as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shape into 6-inch flat round. on lightly floured surface, roll dough into 12-inch round 1/8 inch thick. Place heaping spoonfuls on each crescent roll triangle. Roll up into a ball covering all the mixture. baste with butter and dip in bread crumbs. Place evenly spaced on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 mins. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat.  Stirring constantly, boil for 4 to 5 minutes.  Remove from heat. Heat until sugar is disolved but do not boil. Pour syrup over dry ingredients and stir until well coated. Spread onto 5 13X9 baking pans or cookie sheets with sides. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees- stirring occasionaly. Bake longer for crunchier cereal. Add raisins/craisins if desired. Put in airtight containers. store in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months. Grease a 8 inch square pan.&lt;br /&gt;Melt butter in large skillet.  Remove from heat and stir in sugar.  Quickly add eggs and beat until well blended. Top with garlic and cola. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours or until you can shred it with a fork. When pork in tender, remove it from pot and shred. Return meat to crock pot and mix in the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Add the chicken and refrigerate at least 1 hour. &lt;p&gt;Cover and soak long rice in cold water for 30 minutes. Cut into eight lengths. (Smaller lengths can be used based on preference.) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Place a large skillet or wok over high heat. When hot add vegetable oil and marinated chicken. Cook until chicken no longer is pink, turning often. Reduce heat and add mushrooms, green onions, long rice, &amp;amp; chicken broth. Simmer until hot, stirring often - about 3 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Note - Long rice requires very little cooking time. Add about 2/3 of the green sauce to mixture. save the rest to top the enchiladas. fill tortillas with mixture and roll tight. Place in 9x13 pan. generously spread the rest of the sauce on top making sure to cover every tortilla. top with cheese. Cook lasagna noodles for 10-12 minutes or until dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile, place the chicken in a saucepan with enough water to cover, and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove from saucepan, and shred.&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Disolve the bouillon cube in hot water. In a large bowl, mix the chicken with the bouillon, cream cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.&lt;br /&gt;Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with the chicken mixture, and top with 3 lasagna noodles; repeat. Italian sausage&lt;br /&gt;15 oz can of tomato sauce&lt;br /&gt;14 oz can of diced tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp dried oregano&lt;br /&gt;1 clove garlic minced&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup olive oil&lt;br /&gt;fresh mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;3/4 lb penne pasta&lt;br /&gt;1 cup shredded mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook and drain sausage (I like to use smoked sausage).  Put into Crock pot, add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, garlic, olive oil, mushrooms, and sugar.  Mix well.  Cook on low for 6-7 hours.  Boil penne pasta in pot of water 4-5 minutes less than package directions.  Drain and put into Crock pot.  Stir in pasta, and top with mozzarella cheese. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in vanilla. Add all dry ingredients and milk or sour cream alternately. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut with heart cookie cutters. Bake @375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Press 1/2 of them in a 9x13 pan and bake it for 10 minutes at 350.&lt;br /&gt;Mix the next three ingredients. After 10 minutes has passed take pan out of the oven and put the mix with the nuts and chocolate chip cookies and the rest of the dough mixture. Pour the condensed milk and bake it for 15 more minutes at 350 degrees.  Let it cool and cut it. Add tomato sauce, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Laury's&lt;/span&gt; and mushrooms and cook 20 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;mins&lt;/span&gt;.
